Judge Orders Canada Post to rewrite regulations

The Sex Party, a registered political party in BC, has succeeded in its litigation against Canada Post.

Justice Beaudry of the Federal Court of Canada reserved judgment on Wednesday October 17, after a 2.5 day trial. Decisions can issue as soon as a week after a hearing or as much as months afterward.

There were no surprises at the hearing. Both parties followed closely their written arguments that had been filed months earlier.

Our lawsuit against Canada Post goes to trial next week in Federal Court in Vancouver. It starts Oct 15 and goes for three days.

The case has generated a mountain of documents and an enormous amount of work for the Sex Party.
